I received my oneplus wireless bullet Z2 earphone worth 1699 ordered by amazon on 23rd January 2023.
When I opened it infront of the delivery agent ,it had no seal /cover . It was totally empty with no earphone . Only manual was present . I contacted the helpline within seconds of realising the fraud. Also the delivery agent wasn’t taking the box back at the time . I registered the complaint of missing item . But no person is willing to answer . Also the investigation didn’t
consider any of my photos and videos I had .I am left with an empty damaged box with nothing inside . I lost my ₹1699 without my mistake.
