I am facing network issue since 6 months same complain i have registered few months back.
I have been told that from Vodafone you will get new 4G sim card and your network related issue will be get resolved but it is not happened.
i have contacted many times and i have told my grievances as well but still issue is there.
on Saturday i got call from Vodafone representative that i have to pay my due amount but when i explain them that i haven’t use the service then why should i pay for money then that person asked me so many questions and after explaining she directly cut my call.
I felt like insulted that i am telling my grievance and Vodafone people behaving like this.
