I have ordered 3 products from ketch and 2 were bigger in size and quality was really bad. so I returned it on 23rd july. The delivery guy(shadow fax) checked the product very well and captured pics of the products. But today i received a text from ketch that they won’t provide me refund as the product failed quality check. I returned the same product even with the price tag attached. I dont know that my money is going to be credited or not. But please be aware of this online scams
