Text of Complaint by Tanveer Ahmed:

Dear sir/madam! Yesterday i recharged my airtel xstream fiber online with Airtel thanks app but it was showing recharge unsuccessful. Then i did my recharge two times more it again showed unsuccessful. Until then no amount was debited from my account. But after 3 hours all the amount was debited i.e: 499 3 times. Now i want to get refund with my extra two recharges.
