I had purchased GENFIT smartwatch seeing a pop up window advertised, a and placed order. A packet was delivered by AMAZON with a watch which does not work.

Agitated, I made calls on the number given and also sent mail. They do not reply not do they respond to the mail. Vexed with their attitude to repay the money,

Please see the trailing mails that were addressed to me. I am filing the complaint against the GENFIT suppliers for refund of Rs.1,999 paid to the AMAZON courier against COD, and for taking necessary action against them for cheating me.

It is more than 10 days since the smartwatch was sent. Till date I have neither received
a call, not has any person come to collect it for refund. Please do the needful

I received a smartwatch which does not switch on and have made calls to
your whatsapp number, as well as texted you . Whenever a regular call is
made the phone is switched off. But so far no refund has been made , nor
has been picked up .

I received the Genfit watch on 13.06.2023, the watch is not turning on even though we kept it for charging, I don’t want your product, take it back and immediately refund and your phone is switched off
