I have an SBI octane credit card whose annual fee is 1500rs. I payed the annual charges along with GST for one year. After completing one year I wish not to use the credit card further and apply for my credit card account clauser through mail to nodal officer SBI card and already paid all the dues which I utilizes from the card. But they generated the bill for annual charge 1499+GST again which I again requested to nodel officer that I am not able to pay the charges as I already applied for account clauser. But till now they not settled my account even when I have mailed and show them my inability to pay the charges many times instead the imposing charges every month and generating the bills now it becomes 6000 from 1800. Sir please help me to settled my account by them. The torching everyday mentally and financially. I am not able to pay any amount to card. Also I have no pending amount which I have used except this annual charge and charges imposed by them.
