i am student of btech nd through paper and all net is what a basic need for me to do work and all now i have my END TERM paper tmrw and i have to surf through internet for vasios reason (/;YES I AM THAT LAST TIMER TYPE OF STUDENT)

so my internet stop working and if told them to do

first a fall i have to call 16-18 times to just connect to them

and after that what i hear sry sir net down will be solved in 48 HRS

wt hell i having my paper in less than 10-12hrs nd they make the net work ion 48 hrs

so what the meaning of charges for service and internet connectivity if u r not able to serve me with the proper internet services
