I worked on a data entry job of filling 700 forms within 6 days for Gel work pvt ltd company. Initally i almost completed 500 files but all a sudden my work id got deactivated they stated my login and logout was not proper though i worked properly well and they asked me to pay 4000 refundable to reactivate the Id. After paying and activated i worked on the rest forms however after 698 the forms stopped stating i have submitted 2blank forms so work stopped which is the work portal was not stable and constantly got closed. Now they are saying i have to pay another 8000 to purchase new id and complete the form or else opt for noc that too paying another 4000. With any of these 2 i will get the salary for the work i did or else they are threatning me that i have to pay 25000 as penalty. I explained my situation that i dont have money with me anymore they can even deduct it from my salary or just take the 4000 i initally paid as opting for NOC and give me the rest but they are not accepting anything and repeating the same thing like penalty or legal team will contact me. I completed 698 out of 700 my time, energy, my money 4000 and my work got stollen but they are not accepting anymeans other than pay money this or that. When i said i dont have such money or previlage to do so they are telling me to borrow somewhere and pay.
