For my parents 50th wedding anniversary celebration (10th June 2020) booked a banquet hall and 90 plates .I paid an advance of Rs 20,000 on 24th January.
But due to covid-19 pandemic , none of my relatives are coming for the same and I along with my parents were stuck at Delhi
I informed the concerned person, Ashok on 22nd April that we want to cancel it and want my amount refunded back
He is not responding to calls and messages
Hotel is not reacting to my requests on mail and Twitter
It seems they are not willing to payback my money
This is unethical and unprofessional attitude and shows their pathetic service
Just need my amount of RS 20000 back
