Consumer complaint court authorities , I am raising complaint against Meesho ecommerce company for promising customer services but they are not abiding by rules of business. I did a prepaid order for Lehenga(2 quantity) worth Rs1386 .Meesho sent me a torned , used , old saree which is just like garbage.They are talking rubbish when I am asking on return and refund .
After multiple return request and complaints there is no refund given neither are the able to give any valid reason on same. Meesho broke customer trust as well as failed to provide services . kindly take appropriate action against such fraud people. I need my money back as they totally failed in providing the correct product as well as broke trust .
