I ordered 8 products from Meesho and received 2 garbage boxes on the 5th and 6th February, 2023. I did not receive any products, so, I raised both complaints on 6th February 2023, for which I got a reply mail from Meesho regarding the complaint. I called Meesho daily but told to wait for 48 hours and now after 1 week they are telling me that I didn’t raise complaint on time.
Now, Meesho customer care executives are telling me that I didn’t raise the complaint on time and hence cannot be processed.
The complaint was raised on the date of delivery itself. I have attached all the screenshots of the complaints on the mail but got no response. Meesho customer care executives have no clue about the complaints raised by the customer and giving customers the wrong information. I have also reached Meesho via Facebook and got a reply to wait. How long do I have to wait?
Meesho customer care executives have zero knowledge about customer complaints. I have every proof of the complaints raised. What kind of scam is going on by Meesho? I want refund for all the 7 products. The total refund amount is Rs. 5153. I want strict action against this ASAP.
