I won a Microwave oven by playing their 8pm quiz time game on 12th October 2018. According to terms and condition mentioned, i was supposed to that item in my rewards section before 18th october. But i got it in my rewards section on 27th october, which should be reedemed before 31st oct 5pm. But i was not able to reedem it, it was showing error. I contacted them several times, they kept assuring me that they will solve the issue. But deadline date of 31st oct passed. Now they are keep increasing the time by 48 hours everytime i call their customer center. I’ve become furstrated , don’t know what else to do. i have got a feeling they are trying to deny us the rewards.
