As per the advise from Central employee, my refund amount of 6299.38 RS was added to future pay wallet and had lifetime validity. There are no Central stores now, all of them are closed. I visited brand factory, however, they were lean staffed and there was no one who could speak or redirect me to concerned people to utilize this amount. All of them were on notice period and were about to leave in a few days.
Kindly refund the amount at the earliest.
