Since Big bazaar has been undergoing change of ownership, I have been unable to use my FBB account balance since February 2022. I have visited the store several times since then to speak with their representatives but they don’t have any clarity on the matter either. Also their helpline nos. are non functioning. I need my refund for all the balances since February ( some of which expired since I wasn’t able to shop using the Future pay account). Thank you.
