I had been approached by Future pay agents during shopping at Hypercity vashi on 8/12/2021 where I was charged 12000 and told that I can redeem Rs 1000 per month for next 12 month along with some upfront discount I got to the bill on the same day. I received Rs 1000 for first few months and they got carried forward for unused period and I had a balance of Rs 6000 till last month. Today I see that it’s zero. Also the reason I could not redeem the wallet money was because Hypercity /big bazaar shut down at inOrbit mall vashi and I had no clue where this wallet works . Kindly help to resolve the issue.
