Hi Futurpay,
I have purchased a Big Bazaar Profit Club card in Jan-2022 worth ₹ 10,000 and the executive has confirmed that I will be receiving ₹1,000 for the next 12 months in the card which can be utilised in Big Bazaar product.
As I have checked, i cannot use any amount considering all the Big Bazaar outlets are closed. And couple of month’s back, when I tried to place any order the app was not allowing me to place any order.
Could you please return the amount to my account or issue a cheque as soon as possible.
