Last year registered for future pay at bigbazar with Rupees 10,000 now bigbazar is closed and since last 3-4 months not able to access / utilise 5000 remaining amount in my wallet and their online app is also not working, no one is picking up the call at customer care and there are lakhs of people like me who want their money back
