Future pay big bazaar wallet linked to my mobile number 95xxxxxx09 had a balance of Rs 6718 which I’m not able to redeem with the closure of Big Bazaar stores . Attaching herewith the screenshot of the wallet balance taken on 2nd July 2022 from future pay app. Also as on 17th Aug 2022 , I’m not able to see the Big Bazaar wallet balance on future pay app. Kindly help to resolve the issue by allowing to refund the wallet balance of Rs 6718.

Even I have the same problem, I had invested in FBB offer of pay 10000 and get 11500 offer and had used only 3000 approximately, I had also invested in pay 10000 and get 12500 and redeemable 1000 per month for 12 months offer and had used only once which means 9000 was still pending to redeem… Appreciate your suggestion on how to get this amount from Bigbazar !
Bigbazar is closed and I believe Reliance has taken over this company, wonder if they will help fix this !

I am also facing same problem with big bazaar being closed and around 7000 being there in big bazaar profit card .Don’t know how to claim . Kindly help
I have also the same problem. I have approx Rs. 5000 in big bazaar profit club card but now shown zero balance. Its was not expected from future group.
