I ordered a suitcase set from big bazaar online and I paid for it through UPI the next day the delivery had to come but it didn’t and when I called and asked them, they told that they don’t have the product in stock at that moment so they can’t deliver it to me. Also when I told them to refund me the amount to my bank account, they refused to do that and they told that the amount will be added to the future pay balance. The total amount was ₹6500. So I got big bazaar wallet balance of ₹6500 in future pay. And till now I had used only around ₹750 and the rest of ₹5750 is unused but then suddenly the big bazaar stores got closed. There customer care numbers were not working, I also tried to contact them by going to other stores of future group like central, brand factory etc. but they told that the balance could not be used over there and they couldn’t help with anything in this regard. But one day when I opened my future pay app it showed that the wallet balance is zero and I’m not able to contact the company by any method for this matter. The customer care number and email id mentioned on the app is not working and is invalid and there is no way to contact the company.
