I frequently purchased groceries from bigbazaar and on bill desk , they enable their wallet called futurepay and i added money several time.i purcased through this wallet also.last transaction was on 9-1-2022 and had a balance of 1041.59
but the balance , bigbazzar wallet all are missing.i contacted all available customercare numbers on site, nothing is working.pls help.
