Text of Complaint by Gauri Menon:

Future Group has not paid me the matured amount of the FD. The maturity date was November 7, 2022. The email id and the contact number in the FD receipt are not working. An email sent to investorrelations@futuregroup.in requesting them to pay back the money but received no response yet.

      Even I have deposited in FEL but there is no response on any of the contacts available or on emails. Hope you might have also undergone same situation. What is your next step of approaching, let me know, I’ll also be part of it.

      1. I am facing same issue with FEL .my FEL FD got matured in DEC 2022 but my money not credited to account and there is no way email or contact number where I can call to get status. Please let me know if you get any updates

  3. Same here friends. Maturity was on 06 Dec 2022. Neither phone numbers nor email ids of future group responding. We all should unite and take bold step against the company. Then only some positive result will come out. Else it’s very difficult for any individual to get back money.

    1. I mailed to FD department at Ahemdabad several times, but there is no response from them. The customer care no also is not working. I am really hopeless, it is my hard-earned money. Yes We all should unite and take bold steps against the company.

    2. I have raised one grievance in pm grievance site in corporate affairs section regarding this. Once any reply comes I will inform u all friends. Don’t loose hope. Be united and we will win.

      1. let us start filing cases in nearest consumer court. Also write to Finance Ministry, PMO office to escalates the situation! This is pure looting of money from innocent hardworking people who helps such corp-orates at the time of their need

      1. It’s very disheartening that I am subjected to such acquisitions.
        I informed the details of my process to help everyone. If I were the part of any such horrendous things then why should I come back to this platform again? I understand your pain. I pray with all my heart that you also get your money back.

      2. what is the maturity amount . One of my friend received on 17th Jan 23 . amount was less than 50k.

  6. My FD matured from November 22 and did not get back my money yet . Not sure i will get back my money or not.

  7. I am facing the same issue. My FD got matured on 1st January ’23. No replies as of now and all the phones are not working.
    Can anyone suggest, what steps we should take?

  8. I also haven’t received any response to my email to FD Central. Ours also got matured but no response yet from the company. Its frustrating.
