I have loaded Rs 500/- in my future group wallet in 2021-22, earlier this amount showing in my wallet, but after acquisition by Reliance Jio group that money become Zero. None is responding, on Big Bazar store which is now Reliance Jio Store are not replying at all. Where to complain none has idea. In my View lacs of customer like that who are losing the money. Its big money trap looted the money with the help of technology. Please look into this.
