I placed a COD order with the Shipstreak who delivered me incomplete tools and broken ones. One screw and one rod were not found in the parcel. Secondly, one tool in which the screw is fixed with a rod is found broken. On return request, the company refused to accept. Please help me as the item is of Rs. 999/-
