Hi,

I had ordered for a HanoiVietnam Wooden King Bed which got delivered on 3rd november 2020. The installation was done by your installation team ( phone number – 7013655863) and on 4th November 2020. During which they realised one of the brackets ( image attached)  for fixing wooden beams on the metal frame is missing. The installation guys said they will ask the store for one bracket and get back and fix it. It’s been more than 10 days now and I request you send someone to give the correct bracket and fix the bed before any damage happens. Looking for a prompt response.
Have also sent the picture to the Attapur sales person on whatsapp for reference. Please look into on priority .
NOTE : Attached bill invoice for the purchase
