I was using the pay later services with Simpl pay later and they had asked for 3000 Rs to be kept on hold from my back account, with the promise that it will be released in 3 months or when I deactivate my account, whichever is earlier. Despite my deactivation of the account, the hold is not released and there is no contact information for their customer service. The AI chatbot does not have the functionality to address this question.
