I have availed the loan from Fundsbull Payday Loan backed by Naman Finlease Pvt Ltd RBI registered NBFC. Due to financial obligations I have not made payment on due date but I agreed to pay the amount and requested the due date extension but they denied it.Hi Team,
I want to draw your attention towards my financial incapability to pay the loans, I am under financial distress which makes it impossible for me to pay the emis please find below the attached copy of 1. Intimation letter
Further, I would like to formally raise a concern regarding the conduct and timing of recovery calls. I have been receiving repeated calls even during late-night hours, including around 12:00 AM and 12:30 AM, which is causing significant mental stress and disturbance. I respectfully request that all communication be maintained within professional and permissible hours and in a respectful manner.Now they are threatening that sending a mail to my CEO, HR and my relatives about my loan. Even I have raised the complaint to RBI as well but they aren’t considering anything. Giving mental harrassment for paying but I need sometime to make payments but sure I’ll settle the amount without fail.Thanks,Mayur Wadhwani9811989162
