My name is Anish Sharma & my mobikwik wallet no is 9001906611. On 1 October 2019 my mobikwik wallet had 8500 rupees. I made two transfers of Rs 4000 to my Kotak bank account on the same day but both transfers spread and the rupee was deducted from my wallet. I had a very important job. Was very upset too. Now even after 48 hours, I have not received my money. What is the solution for this?
