Hi Sir/Madam

I am Adarsh and I am here to file a complaint on the website fun88. I did a deposit of 5000rs on 28/01/2023 8:33PM, I have been contacting fun88 customer support from the time of deposit and its been 10hours, all they are telling is it is still pending. I checked with my bank and the funds are successfully credited to their account. I am asking them for proof where the transaction is showing pending, how ever they are not providing me the proof. They are not telling me a time frame aswell, all they are telling our team is checking plz give us time. The customer support is closing the chats without giving me proper information. I request you to plz look into this. Attaching the conversation screenshots for your reference and deposit details. This website is getting the deposit funds transferred from us to different individual upi id’s. Here in my case the deposit was transferred to jdevaki89@okicici.
