Text of Complaint by Manish Kumar:

I had booked the ticket for 2 june’22 and that was in waiting list but after the chart prepared it was still in waiting and later auto cancelled by irctc but they deduct 70 rupeees per each ticket but irctc should have refunded full money in this case as per irctc policy, kindly assist on this
