I had booked an online International holiday package with Makemytrip.com and have paid an advance amount of Rs.55834, in the terms and conditions mail received there is no mention that visa fees is not included in package cost however there is a very misleading sentence mentioned that the visa assistance fees is included.
Since there was no mention that the visa fees is not included we were under the impression that the visa fees is included in the package, now the travel is on June 29th 2018 and we have informed them well in advance that we want to cancel the booking because of this unclear terms and also because of the pathetic service given by the visa team,however they refuse to return the initial amount paid.
When they have mentioned all petty things like porter fees is extra etc, how could they have missed such an important clause that the visa fees will not be included in the package cost, this shows that the intention is to mislead and cheat customers, i want the full refund of the initial amount paid to Makemytrip.
