Attached file of details of item not reached till date even payment is fully pay by net banking or credit card from Amazon india.
Several time messeges to Amazon regarding this issue, But not delivered the item till date. Even messeges to twitter account of Amazon help centre but item is not delivered and even not refund amount which is pay for the item.
I am tired with Amazon help services.
Most deadly thing about help services of Amazon no single customer care no. active for customer and how to govt allow these online platform to sell online selling of thing or item where standard customer care service protocol not maintained.
I want to say govt should take an action and take penalty charges from Amazon for this type of harassment of customer.
