The payment excel sheet of company itself claims amount Rs 27464.66 (final settlement amount), excluding the ad cost of Rs 388.6. The amount to be credited to my account would be rs 27076.06 but amount received was Rs 25647.44. Despite raising the tickets in help support, it is not being solved and repeatedly i get a reply saying the amount credited is the correct settlement amount, whereas company’s payment sheet itself claims more amount. Even a voice conversation was unsuccessful as they disconnect the call after hearing the issue, rather solving it.
