Dear Sir/Madam,
This is very sorry to inform you that till today(05.07.2018) I have not received my final settlement even after termination from job, It had been waiting since 1year & 3 months. I have followed both the division (HYD CED & MUMBAI CED) even i have spoke many times to Mumbai HR dept (HS Tiwari Ji, Mridul Guha Ji) & accounts dept (Rakesh Yadav Ji, Sundeep Bharty Ji) & Hyderabad Hr dept (Sumalatha Ji) ,but no one is showing interest on this matter and they are delaying this matter.
Once again i am requesting you to kindly settle my account as soon as possible (Within a week) otherwise I will take strong legal action. I have waited so long because I was staff of that reputed company but now this is going beyond head.
My Details of final Settlement mentioned below:-
1. Salary (3 Months ) – May’17, June’17,July’17
2. Medical Allowances (for the financial year) – 2016 – 17
3. Bonus
4. Basic (1 month) – As you have terminated
