Sir/Madam
My self Dinesh Daji Redkar i was worked with Company name Silgate Solution Pvt Ltd. I resigned company on 20th December 2017. Since today i did not receive my Full & Final Settlement & also i have salary pending for 3 months.
Silgate Solution pvt ltd company has processed know as “Claimat Inc” who’s director is Mr. Hemraj Cheda & Manager Mr. Rajan Gupta. Whenever i have asked for my pending dues both are not responding me. When i asked to Mr. Rajan Gupta he said talk with Mr. Hemraj Cheda and when i going to talk with MR. Hemraj Cheda said talk with Mr. Rajan Gupta.
No one is giving me proper answer on my settlement. I have already sent letter to Company Silgate Solution Pvt ltd for clear my pending dues. Please help on to get my full & final settlement.
