Dear sir
I booked 4 e-tickets on a PNR from IRCTC but it was not confirmed and remained on waiting list. As per refund rule of IRCTC , if ticket is not confirmed and remain on waiting list after first chart preparation , then full fare will be refunded without deducting any cancellation charge. But IRCTC refunded the amount after deducting the cancellation charge and GST. So i want to take rest amount that is cancellation charge and gst charge.
