Text of Complaint by Chaitanya Dhananjay Desai:

I’ve ordered mobile on 24th September and which is to be delivered on 28th September. I’ve ordered this mobile with replacement which costs 100Rs for pickup and along with mobile I ordered tempered glass which costs 125 rupees.

Somehow mobile is cancelled from seller end and they refunded the mobile amount only which is 16225 Rs but not refunded replacement pickup charges Rs 100 and tempered glass 125 Rs.

I’ve paid this amount total 16325 through credit card with emi option. But the transaction not closed due to full amount not refunded. Due to this I’m receiving every month Emi bill .I connected bank and they said We can foreclose the transaction only after receiving full money refund.

I contacted many time with Flipkart but they are only telling we raised your complaint and will resolve shortly. But every time I check status of complaint It shows resolved. Flipkart not solving the problem 3 times. Always telling we will resolve and doing nothing.

I didn’t received the tempered glass yet and it is still showing in transit and the order is not cancelling.

I’m about to receive 3rd emi bill. Please help me on this . Aataching all order screen shot.

I’ve to pay money 16325 but i didn’t get the product.
