I had requested for Tata sky new connection on 30th April. For 2 days I did not receive any call. I called the Tata sky helpline about it and they informed me that my connection was already active But there was not connection or box in my house. Upon repeated requests they enquired the case and confirmed that my box was delivered to someone else. They suggested that I take a new connection to which I agreed. The technician came and installed the box after which I tried to login but I couldn’t. I again called the customer care to check the issue and I was informed that I have been given a box in someone else’s name. Upon repeated requests they promised to replace the box next morning. However, the box was not replaced. I again called customer care the next day and explained the entire case. As usual they promised resolution within same day. However the technician called me and said that the box will not be swapped for at least 3 days. I called the customer care again and they said they need 24 hours to ‘look into the matter’. I have been suffering this since the last 5 days. It is extremely frustrating.
