I had recd 3000rs promocode vouchers which I can redeem while purchasing any product from Paytm mall app subject to condition that min purchase amount should be min 6000rs and excluding FMCG products. However the code doesn’t get applied at all even after cart value is beyond 6000rs and non FMCG product. I have raised this issue with Paytm since 5th june but no solution till moreover they are asking me to change the products which Im buying. Why should I buy any other products just for sake to promocode. Im abiding to T&C of the promocode than why they aren’t abiding to it. I need strict action against such fraudulent schemes.
