I placed an order from this store name Budget shopping store, via Instagram portal.
Instagram handle is @budget_shopping_storee.
I had placed a query for an outfit and placed my order over message to the company page.
I got the delivery on 9/8/2020, since i opted for Cash on delivery I had tk pua first before I could open my order.
Once I paid the delivery guy and opend my order, I had a few different products which I did not order. They are just random clothing items.
I tried reaching out to the page but they are not replying to me.
I tried msging from a friend’s to see If they reply, and they replied to her query. The company has clearly taken my money and now avoiding me.
I just want justice for this, and want my money back.
