Holiday Scam Royal Moonlight Resorts Exposed for Fraud!

I am writing to bring to your attention a disturbing experience I recently had with Royal Moonlight Resorts (RMR), also known as Royal International Club. I was enticed by a voucher offered by RMR, which purported to provide a luxurious 4-day, 3-night stay at a 4 or 5-star hotel, valued at Rs 25,000, inclusive of buffet breakfast and access to more than 5 destinations. However, upon attempting to redeem the voucher and make a booking, I was shocked to discover that the hotel provided barely met any standards of a star-rated establishment. The accommodation offered was subpar, with rooms priced between Rs 1,200 to Rs 1,500 per day, and the quality of food provided was extremely poor. Additionally, I was persuaded to purchase a membership from RMR for Rs 95,000, under the promise of exclusive accommodations at elite 4 or 5-star hotels such as Rabada and Radisson, which typically command rates ranging from Rs 10,000 to over Rs 15,000 per day. However, the reality was starkly different as the accommodations provided through the membership were at hotels costing only Rs 2,500 per day, on average, and did not meet the promised standards. This deceitful behavior has resulted in a significant financial loss for me, amounting to nearly Rs 1 lakh of hard-earned money. I had hoped to provide my family with a decent and enjoyable vacation experience, but instead, we were subjected to disappointment and frustration due to the fraudulent practices of RMR. I strongly condemn such unethical conduct and believe that those responsible for such fraudulent activities will face consequences, whether in this life or the hereafter. I urge you to take appropriate action against RMR to prevent further exploitation of unsuspecting individuals like myself.
