Text of Complaint by Jordan Bentican:

On October 08, 2022 I recharge in the VIP2 level so that I can complete my Tasks and withdraw my money. However, the Product is frozen and it needs to be referred to the Costumer Service to unfreeze the product and be submitted immediately. I am appealing for the resolution of this issue. Attached below are the proofs of the transactions and certification
