I updated my phone to miui 13 Three months back but now from a week my front camera is not working at all. I have seen many videos related to it but there is no solution accept motherboard change. The company service is also too poor and is saying that there is no solution to the problem accept motherboard change. The mother board change will charge upto ₹12000 and we alll know that we can buy a decent mobile at that price. I also found that after sometime of this front camera problem My device’s Speaker will also stop working. This is mainly due to the poor parts used by the poco company. Please help us out. This problem is being faced by most of the people who own poco mobiles who had updated their device to MIUI 13.
