i ordered smart watch that is fair boltt visionary. When I Opened it was Empty.
As i said i ordered it 23/09/2022
So, I called Amazon customer care as soon as i got my parcel & raised a Complaint About my order.
Amazon Customer Executive told me to contact them back in 5 days. they will have to escalate it to some other team and do an investigation.
but, I kept calling daily to know the status of my Complain. After 4 and half days, there was no update on the status of my Complain.
so, I contacted Amazon after 5 days & they said that our Amazon Investigation Team denied my claim. It is funny that overnight they completed my Investigation.
how can someone come to a conclusion without any proper investigation.
They didn’t call me, They didn’t ask me about any detail. They didn’t do Anything.
I’m a Amazon Customer from many Years. I have ordered a lot till Today & never raised an Issue like that.
