I purchased membership of 3 years in karma resorts and hospitality in
saptember 2021of 24night and 25days by paying 24000 rs they told me pay remaining 24000 rs after using their service due to some reason that time i could not use my holiday recently i got call from them (now they are valorah resorts and villa) to pay pending amount but i refuse then they(shivani singh) told me to pay pending amount and we will give you booking on 26/27/28 on diwali in udaipur in well known hotel then i agreed to pay and paid other 22500 after paying amount they are they are not giving me proper answer and shivani shows ngh is not recieving my calls and not replying whatsup
