on 24th March 2020, order placed for home delivery of Grocery and other products, the minimum value of home delivery was 1500 INR, asked to pay money.
#BBS22205 was the order ID, 21 items, total value 1536.28 INR, money paid.
Called the number ( 8338877110) many times – no response.
Sent email to care@freshtm.com twice (ticket numbers 586 & 588)- no response.
Sent whats app to Freshtm (+91 8338877110) – no response.
In this difficult time, when we need the essential things very desperately, order placed, money paid, but no response from Freshtm.
Not getting the grocery and other essential things, money gone, spent lot of time in contacting them.
In this bad time, this type of attitude from Freshtm is extremely unfortunate.
