Iam facing frequent login issue in jiomart, nobody states the reason, i keep on try to log a complaint, wait 3-5 days for it to get unblocked, then it gets blocked within less than a day again. Iam a genuine IT employee and i raise complaints on items only if they are bad quality or wrong item, so that they can make their services better when these come to their Notice. I’m tired of raising frequent tickets and contacting customer care.Please provide permanent solution
