Hathway takes the yearly internet charges upfront. I face constant network failure. Helpdesk is not useful at all. Over the year having been writing to the city nodal officer as well as the state appellate officer. Both of whom are very ineffective. Tickets are closed without resolution and the closures are back dated to ensure their internal uptimes… There is no further escalation nor is there a mechanism to discontinue their services and claim refund nor do they compensate by providing additional days of connectivity beyond the pack period for all the downtimes caused due to their backend failures and technical incompetence.

How does one haul these guys up!!
