My Airtel DSL # 04496251607_tn & Fixed Line # 044-43537467
I’m using Airtel Broadband for a long time. A connection is frequently getting disconnected more than 5 times in a day. Every time when I complain, service engineer attend immediately so at that resolved the issue but after 5 or 7 days again issues raise. I have been sent multiple times to their email id which is ‘121@airtel.com/nodalofficer.tn@in.airtel.com but they never gave a permanent solution. Also, without any prior information, they have changed the cost of the plan which is unacceptable. For the past 4 months, I tried several times to reach their customer support number but unable to reach them. Kindly look into it and do the needful.
