Respected Sir,

It is to bring to your kind notice that the credit card of JKbank bearing account no 5555000000497386 in the name of Sakesh Kumar whose account statement is also attached has a fraudulent transaction bearing remarks retail domestic pt .was neither confirmed by me VIA OTP in my linked mail ID and the linked SMS No.

Hence an amount amounting  to Rs 48,215/- Approx has been debited from the account via various transaction having the said remark i.e.  retail domestic pt starting from 01-05-2021 till the date.

The fraudulent transaction are as follows:-
