I have been using my Vodafone number for the past 4.5 yrs and paying my bills regularly. I recently moved to Australia but wanted to keep my India number active, The company has been deactivating my number without any prior notice or intimation, I have to call up customer care every month and request them to activate the same.
Highly unprofessional behaviour by the company.
